- Engagement Management: Through our dedicated corporate Customer Experience department, we gauge client, Supplier Partner and contingent worker engagement levels throughout the life of the program. The Customer Experience department independently measures satisfaction in all aspects of service through customized surveys which are distributed at regular intervals throughout the year.
- Performance Metrics: During program implementation, About Talent will work with your company to tailor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to evaluate the performance of our Program Team, individual Supplier Partners and contingent workers. Typically, these metrics include responsiveness, candidate quality, rate compliance, etc.
- Supplier Partner Compliance Audits: Our dedicated Supplier Specialists will conduct regular Supplier Partner audits to ensure program requirements are followed. Typically, audits include review of worker screening, financial stability and insurance documentation.
