About Talent's Client Experience Manager is responsible for servicing as your company's primary point of contact, ensuring the program is delivering upon defined objectives, aligning all facets of the program with your company's unique culture, and creating remarkable experiences for all every program participant. Our Client Experience Managers deliver strategic program oversight from location near or at your key locations. Our Client Experience Managers are innovative thought leaders, empowered to make decisions and deliver a remarkable experience… every person, every time.

Remarkable Experience Center (REC)

The Client Experience Manager is supported by our Remarkable Experience Center, which encompasses a team of industry professionals that manage daily administrative operations, provide outstanding customer service and ensure the highest quality candidate pool for your program.

Located in Denver, CO, the Remarkable Experience Center offers flexible and scalable program management options and greater program consistency across multiple locations. Coworkers within the Remarkable Experience Center operate in teams with clearly defined roles and expectations, and are empowered to fulfill our company's Purpose: "To make life better for the people we serve.®"

Together, our Client Experience Manager and Remarkable Experience Center will become an extension of your internal human resources and procurement teams by assisting with the workforce management functions listed below.

Requisition Management

Create, review and distribute requisitions to Supplier Business Partners, screen candidate submissions prior to distribution to supervisors, and coordinates interviews

Supplier Business Partner Relationship Management

Provides daily management of our partner base, conducts on-boarding and training, and provides optimization support based on client-specific criteria

Total Program Quality Management

Monitors program metrics and the satisfaction levels of our clients, Supplier Business Partner and contingent workforce

Program Rate and Market Benchmarking

Conducts regular analysis of program rates, including benchmarking and standardization

Client Support

Provides assistance for all technology and program questions or concerns

Human Resource Consultation

Offers human resources support to clients and suppliers to address co-employment, 1099 qualification and other related topics
