On the legal side, Jennifer is responsible for managing the company's litigation, contract processes, all employment law issues, and ensuring the company's legal compliance in all jurisdictions in which we do business as it relates to both the staffing industry and, generally, as a private employer for thousands of employees. On the human resources front, Jennifer is responsible for the delivery of Roth Companies' innovative programs and strategic HR initiatives for both its full-time and temporary employees, including hands-on, centralized management of employee relations issues for the company's temporary workforce.
Prior to joining Roth Companies', Jennifer represented employers and management as an employment and business litigator for 7 years. She represented clients in a variety of employment and labor relations matters, ranging from defense of discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and wage and hour claims in federal and state courts to preventative counseling, advice, and preparation of workplace policies and handbooks. Jennifer also represented employers in union election matters and unfair labor practice claims before the National Labor Relations Board.
Jennifer received her undergraduate degree in Biology from UCLA and earned her juris doctor from UC Berkeley.
